Void…Louder Than My Voice | Yekaterina Lomako

Série réalisée lors du stage d’Antoine D’Agata, 2026.

Sometimes the sound of water drops becomes louder than the voice we have suppressed for years.
Sometimes we learn to disappear—to make ourselves smaller, to censor emotions, gestures, images, and words. To survive by becoming almost absent. Emptiness becomes a refuge. A space without conflict. A language without meaning.

Yet every disappearance leaves a trace.
I search for those I have lost in reflections, shadows, and the spaces between sounds. Sometimes they emerge only as light on a wall, ripples on water, or a texture that awakens memory.
VOID explores the space between visual silence and inner emptiness. It is not a story about absence, but an attempt to listen to what remains.
